A genteel southern quail sets out to discover why the bobwhite quail population is declining when he runs into Pervis, the redneck pigeon. The two dodge the bullets of crazy ole' Misses Stokes as they make their way around downtown Thomasville. C.V. Robert White III (a.k.a.
