Annie Jones – Co-owner + Managing Partner

After five years spent in the corporate world as a writer and editor, Annie is living her very own Kathleen Kelly dream, selling books in her favorite downtown spot. She loves chatting with fellow readers about what book is currently on their nightstands, and her own Tallahassee-based book club has been going strong since 2008. If she's not scheduling story times or designing displays, Annie can be found traveling with her husband and planning their next grand adventure.

Katie Chastain

Katie Chastain – Co-owner

She first tried journalism, but it was too cold. Then she tried teaching high school, but it was too hot. Finally, she tried bookselling, and it was just right. In running a bookstore, she experiences a convergence of the things she likes best: powerful ideas, entertaining stories, interesting information, and organized shelves. In addition to seeking out the best books in every genre, she hosts book discussions and writing groups, reads silly books to kids, and organizes thought provoking events.
